With that single glove i was at least able to determine that i also ordered one size too small

So for me it was helpful to flatten my hand on a table while measuring to get the largest applicable measurement which turned out to be the correct one

I love traditional work out gloves but once i got an apple watch i was unable to wear them both comfortably

These gloves are good but it has major problem that it came off my hands while i do the exercise i have measured my hands to be about 3 so i ordered m but still gets off
