I feel like this might have worked better as a 2 book set with book one including the discovery of what the andromeda 3 structure is and the second book including events from the elevator ride to the finish

When i read dragons teeth which i believe was the first posthumous release it was enjoyable but not among my favorites so when i saw this book come out completely written by another author and based on one of crichtons best books i was skeptical until i saw it at ollies for 3
