Fine for powders but not so much for liquids unless im doing something wrong too much messing about will get ready made one next time good quality great value i am satisfied perfect just what i needed make my own supplements these are great quality caps great just what i needed to make my own bee pollen tablets took me a long time to find a supplier many pharmacists and chemists including bells of croydon had no knowledge of there availability quick delivery perfect but need to see if theres a smaller size
