Pros & Cons
Pros
Such interactions compromise other’s autonomy, mastery and purpose. It is as much about how to build stronger connections and develop yourself as it is about your ability to influence others. Delivered in a very conversational style.

Both books complement each other and they are full of pragmatical instant-to-use lessons. There is also a website that connects to the books and helps flesh out what you are learning.
Cons
But the advice trap is a rehash with less content. I like michael as an author and coaching personality, but this book is simply waste.
