This book is educational, instructional and a great asset for implementing clarity, efficiency and effectiveness into your organization. The checklist/summary at the end is also helpful.

This review is not for the content of the book, but for the kindle ebook. This book is extremely overpriced. This one book makes all of them pale in comparison with its simplicity and clarity.
There seemed to be a lot of filler without alot of unique substance. Color me a cynic. Um, messy is ok. I may opt for another delivery method--i'll see later.

I got an mba a couple of years ago it was mindboggling to read the same management and team literature proposing basics of good teamwork such as not avoiding conflicts establishing trust being on the oneteam fair process etc

I do not necessarily agree on everything written in this book especially on some of the implementations detail like time dedicated and frequency of meetings
