Lewis nails the perspective of 21st century reductionism. Lewis gives us much to ponder.
Each paragraph in 'the abolition of man' causes me to stop and think - and solidify my thought before i go on. The enjoyment of reading c. S. Lewis' work makes it a cinch to share.
Cons
Poor quality transfer from print to ebook. Amazon needs to do a better job of preventing people from putting extremely poor versions of works online when they don't even own the copyright. I have encountered multiple instances of this recently.
This edition is unreadable. Low quality editing and digital typesetting (typos, repeated and mising lines, etc. It must have been scanned and not edited.
The bible is right! But in spite of what homeschoolers, the national review, and classical educators wants you to believe, this book by lewis doesn't support a biblical or christian view of objective morality. Lewis' views are rather pedantic. He just... Read More
The word i isn't capitalized at all. I is almost exclusively rendered as lowercase i. The result is words with random letters capitalized.

The badnevertheless the formatting in the kindle edition that i bought for three bucks has so many problems that im going to try and return it for a refund since there is a pdf available of the text

It is not so messed up that i cant read it but it is messed up enough that i have to copy certain sections and paste them into google to find out where sentences end where commas or highlighting are omitted and where there are other strange goofs

The final analysisin any format this book requires a slow read so maybe it is just as well that the formatting is so messed up in this particular edition
