It is hard in the beginning but you adapt quickly. It is relatively easy for me to follow it wholeheartedly for a week or two at a time, and then waffle a bit.

Needless to say, not a happy camper. While the concept is great and backed by science, zinczenko's book encourages unhealthy, pro-inflammatory foods such as canola oil and low-fat dairy products.
