My one non-negotiable rule is i keep my eating to an 8 hour window daily. My eating hours are from noon to 8. I work 8:00-4:30, so the 8 hrs that works best for me is 10 am to 6 pm.

The major contradiction for me is that he over sells how easy the diet is to follow. It's like he completely missed the gluten-intolerant email. The issue with this diet is either it is not compatible with all, or someone is stacking the reviews.
If i'm right, david becomes just another clever author that has cashed in on the dreams and hopes of so many. Also, the book is horribly written. Blurbs are intercut into the chapters, making them somewhat more annoying to read.
There are tons of flip comments, arch pop culture references and gratuitous overselling of the concept. The guy is a liar.
