She breaks this confusing topic and makes it sooo easy to understand. There is a ton on information that makes sense for me.
Cons
The recipes are full of histamine and histamine liberators. If you also have a fructose intolerance the book is not helpful.
The info is so basic it's insulting. If that describes you opt for the digital version.

Note that triggers are not root causes and while you may id triggering foods this is still not a fix for the root cause

Why that is seen as a fault is mind boggling

However i am tired of dealing with symptoms while i fix my gut dysbiosis caused by two rounds of antibiotics earlier this year as well and migraine medication perpetuated histamine intolerance
