Some of the brags make literally no sense. He insists that a few good, simply tools will get the job done. Except that it is not. Then it was codged together by an offshore team.
The book sort of devolves down into a choppy, adhd-addled splattering of stories, thoughts, and lists that basically come across less like an organized book and more like someone just dowloaded a blog.
There were no complex flavours in this dish -- just a very gamey tasting lamb. Sometimes it's just the assumption that everyone has a butcher who can cut them a few lamb shanks.
