Cons

Many, many of the claims made in this book are either impossible to do at the outset or with any regularity. In essence it's not a book thats getting good ratings for the merit of its content.

Some of the theories are half-truthful, but the rest are questionable at best. Part of it is to do with the over the top and ridiculous claims made by and about it.
