Tim seems to confuse fructose in corn syrup with the fructose in raspberries. The slow carb diet is nothing more than protein, veggies and beans. Don't drink your calories. White carbs are bad for you.

This book is a lot of autobiographical fluff. I unknowingly bought a uk version of this book.

The author jumps all over the place and tries to wow the reader with his acquired knowledge which is all well and good but 543 pages plus pictures! Fast forward two days ago, downloaded again, read the full chapter, and went to delete it again.
