I bought it because it has been found that conventional non stick pans are quite dangerous once they start to wear

So far following the guidance of minimal oil we have cooked pancakes and fried eggs with no bother and the clean up was easy

It is dishwasher proof but it would be a waste of quite a lot of space as it cleans so very easily by hand
