I normally love frida products but this is cheaply made & not their usual quality. The stand is worthless. When you call customer service no one gets back to you to resolve the issue.
This devise is too harsh for a sensitive baby scalp. The sponge side of the brush because unglued and fell off after 2 uses. The scrubbie side serves no other purpose other than lather.

My daughter had severe cradle cap and since using this with a cradle cap shampoo the results were amazing and it’s completely gone
Just used the brush system no extra soaps other than the normal bath soap we use and got rid of the cradle cap in 3 days
The sponge is not very effective unless you use a ton of soap and the plastic portion of the sponge detached after a few used

This was inexpensive and it was seriously so quick and easy and it works so well

I would suggest applying some oil we used coconut prior to use it really loosens up the cradle cap before washing
