Pros

This book helps shed the last 5 pounds and resets my gut wonderfully. Dka writes in a way that relates to the reader, recipes are simple and yummy, and i really didn’t feel deprived.

It gives scientific research and backing as well, it's not just fluff. It takes discipline, but it works. Will continue but on her less restrictive plan.

Kellyann recommends around your bellybutton. The fasting window combined with healthier eating just works.

The pounds melt and the body feels better. I am never hungry and the pounds have been melting since day 3. I'm astonished at my bodies amazingly quick postive response to this.

If following her seasoning list/ suggestions, the bone broth can be made quite tasty. Use a mixture of bones-- marrow and socket. Drink the broth until noon. Eat the dinner at 5.



Cons

A one ounce piece of chocolate has more calories than a pound of broccoli! It’s not even healthy to drink gnat much bone broth and it overloads your body with too much glutamate.

To tell people to abandon rich foods like chocolate, cake, cheese etc is not going to work.
