Pros & Cons
Pros
Best ever turkey and gravy recipes. Ramos fizz and autumn glow punch are delicious. It's still one of my most-used cookbook for entertaining.
Have assisted rick in many of his sold out cooking classes. Rick rodgers is an expert! I let my sister borrow the book and now i have to buy a new copy because she can't find it. Also take a look at his christmas 101.
Cons
This book basically talks you out of brining-saying that brining is just adding a lot of salt to your turkey but not flavor. Absolutely no flavor.
