I have 20 inch fat tires 434 diameter and these are just short enough to fit but the hardware that came with it wasnt sufficient to attach to 2034 tire spokes which is fine because it clearly says for tires 2434 and larger

When cover is first placed over batteries all leds light up then turn off and after that only 1 green and 1 red come on while holding onoff button
