The backpack has to be flat for the animal inside but it digs into the hiker’s back on the outside. It's light, well made and doesn't droop, tilt or sag.

Never put your pet inside until that off-gassing smell is gone. The hard bottom part painfully digs into my lower back. I understand that the refund date is overdue but since it was my first time wearing it, i would like you to refund this item.
