Pros

This is great for chronic pain from osteoarthritis. It really works quickly to reduce or keep inflammation at bay. Helps with my mom's aches and pains from arthritis.

I have a spinal condition and my back always hurts. It is so good to know that i am taking something natural instead of other pain medication. He finds that usually he can take one of these and it works just as well for him as ibuprofen.

Cons

I have a hard time swallowing and these are rather large. Primarily just homeopathic waste of money. Did nothing for me.
