No need to overeat these nuts. The slightly smaller nuts seem to be more flavorful.
Selenium is a powerful antioxidant. One brazil nut a day is all you need to meet your rda.
The zip/reclosure bag stands up to repeated use. One of my favorite'subscription' products on amazon. Will continue purchasing the terrasoul brand.
Cons
Nuts are stale and taste rancid even tho not past expiration date. One out of every 4 or 5 nutswas rancid.
