It is lower in carbs than any other protein powder i’ve been able to find on the market. Very pure, high-quality, fluffy whey. Mixes well with soy milk and veggie burgers.

I had seen a review elsewhere that raised concerns regarding “foamyness” when blending

I found this is substantially minimized if you blend all ingredients except the powder first at high speed blend the protein powder in last at a lower speed
