The alarm and buzz are loud which is good. It is as loud if not louder than our fire alarm. It's simple to turn off/on/buzzing or buzzing and alarm. Also it's rechargeable if anyone missed that like i did!

Alarm is very sensitive to moisture as intended. Fluid restriction, preventing constipation, night wakings. No accidents since night 1!

Cons

It gets peed on & there’s no way to cleanse it properly, so it smells. The alarm isn't loud enough and the vibration didn't help either. It can’t be laundered.
