I'm impressed that tensun reached out to rectify the issue. I'm pretty confident if other people have issues tensun will resolve it for them as well.
It's a pity it's dangling behind my entertainment, unseen, because it's beautifully made with an anodized extruded aluminum case. Great little box.

The quality is high package well designed and the instruction manual is great
I am pleased by this type of product
With the fire stick plugged into the tensun without the dongle there is not enough room to plug in the 5v power
You’ll have to play around with the sound settings on your sound system to get the audio corrected
Competitiveness
I dislike that is comes with a microusb cable but no power adapter thus 4 stars
Hooked this up ran an optical cable to a soundbar and i was good to go
My 2 yr old lg bedroom tv optical output failed making my sennheisers wireless headphones dead in the water
Edit tensun customer service contacted me and quickly sent a replacement after seeing my 1star review

Since it hasnt been long enough to confirm my original issue wont return ill leave my rating at 4 for now and i plan to come back to raise it to 5 in a few months

The problem is the picture turns to static occasionally

Months ago it happened about once a week now its getting more frequent up to a few times an hour

If i unplug and replug the wire then the static goes away
