Pros

Price is phenomenal for the unit that you get and has a lifetime warranty. It is very portable - threw it in a pocket in my purse to take to work. Great battery life.

The adhesive pads are sticky and i was able to reuse them multiple times. It comes with a strong wrap around tough case. Just charge this gadget and attach the pads to the needed areas.

It does the job; even if a bit cumbersome moving through the levels. If i adjust the power level high enough, it makes my fingers jump.

Just purchased this to relieve pain in a pulled bicep and forearm muscle. It feels very similar to units i've used at my chiropractor at a fraction of the cost. I have tendonitis in my elbows, and this really helps.

Cons

Blue light is painfully bright for migraine sufferers. Barely work and charger keeps it charged maybe 30 minutes. My migraine pain stems from shoulders/back/neck and moves into my head.
