Used this thread to sew up my work backpack. It's about the same thickness as the well-waxed tandy linen thread.
Bought this to create a leather sword handle. Sturdy with just the right amount of wax. The included needle is a nice bonus.

Had to use a piece of wood to push the needle through the rubber heels and a pliers to pull the needle out the other side

I was somewhat surprised at how thin and light it was i was expecting it to be a bit heavier since it said that it could be used to stitch holsters and other things that i would think needed a bit heavier thread

Its made of synthetic fiber so you can burn the cut end with a butane cigarette lighter
