The non-slip grabs our couch so the organizer stays in place. Folding the tucked end over an 8-inch piece of heavy pipe strap, flat iron or other suitably heavy and flat-profile material, solves the slippage issue.

It fits perfectly around the usb outlet that reclines the seat back. Works great on my wide, pillow-armed recliner. Conveniently stores my tv remotes and cell phone at arms length.

Threads snag and break. The so-called non-slip coating is a joke. This slips down very easily and isn't good for recliners.

The fabric for the pockets is very thin. Not easy to retrieve things from the pockets. The pockets are too big for an ipad or magazine.

The velcro was torn out within two weeks. Structure is flimsy. Needs heavier material or weights on the ends.
