Customer service was good when i went through a warranty replacement once we got past the problem that their warranty link on their web site emails a different company anker

Works chromecast to rca input tv occasional momentary static between app switching but pretty sure thats my chromecast cast

Using with and old tube tv so the only quirk is the tv is 43 and the computer output is 169 so it has to be tried at different resolutions to get the picture the way you want it but thats not the fault of the device
