Pros

Wifi signal is superb and its very easy to install. Enables connecting dvr wirelessly with wifi router. Just need to reboot your dvr after you plug in.

Design is good and durable. Easy to use and it's runs smoothly with no hassle.

Cons

The linux driver (downloaded from their website) has no instruction at all on how to install the driver in any linux os. Worst dont buy for linux.

Pc stops booting if this adapter is connected. Gives only 70 to 80mbps. Wifi keeps disconnecting. It's takes long time to search wifi.

Not 300 as advertised. Poor reception. In this price range it's bad.

If you want use in pc you can buy this product absolutely

But sometimes it stop working dont know the problem is with dvr or with the wireless adapter

This model was specifically recommended as not all wifi dongles work with the dvr

Am using it with my hikvision dvr

Purchased this for hikvision dvr and working great

I try other brand but none of them work in hikvision dvr

Unfortunately i had bought tp link wifi dongle and it did not support hikvision dvr
