These are the best with tabs that i've seen. Easy to take on and off without removing clothes. Tabs stick well, nice stretch, taps are adjustable which is very helpful. Velcro closure is strong and can be repositioned many times.

The only problem is, while she was asleep at night, she was peeing through. They are quiet and discreet but cab be a bit bulky in the seat.

Cons

These diapers are absorbent but the sizing is off. When reclined, the urine just runs up the back and out.

This brief is not very absorbent. To me that means dampness got into the packages. They are impossible to wear during the day without being detected through your clothes. Not absorbent enough for my mom.

Is too baggy in the front and has to be secured b y a pin. Shows a tab style, but it is not.
