Pros

Don't blame tena for the recent price gouging. This pad is less bulky that the depends pad and anything else offered. Less bulky than depends or other brands. Also the odor protection is better than some of the other major brands.

The overnight tena guards absorbs while my husband sleeps. They are placed to cover his private area and the bottom of the disposable underwear to keep his clothes dry all night. It works ~sufficiently~ for the type of undergarment i must wear.

Cons

Super dissatisfied with the redesigned tena level 3. Not worth the extra money. Pure greed by the company.

The fabric has no absorbency. About 20-25% of pads are unusable due to the adhesive strip removable cover being misaligned. When you try to remove the wrapper it tears holes in the pad, creating places for leakage.
