Pros

The cooling pillow is by far my favorite. Tempur-pedic has other similar pillow models, but they come at a higher cost.

It molds against your head and goes back into shape every single time. It removes the pressure off the shoulder and neck when sleeping on the side. It contours perfectly to my neck and makes for great sleeping. Ordered for high support as side sleeper... Read More

It is heavy and i love the coolness. Heavy, but durable. It is very hard at first but it does have enough give. It's heavy like a rock, weights probably 10 to 15 pounds.

Cons

Do not buy thia pillow. It feels cool for a few hours but it heats up quick! The pillow collapses when you put your head on it.

The gel does not cost what they are charging

There are cheaper memory foam pillows out there i found that sealy medium pillow was a much better fit for me

Tempurpedic has other similar pillow models but they come at a higher cost
