The support adjusts up and down but not in and out. The arm rests are fine but don't turn in to match your arms natural position, minor. Wheels roll just ok on carpet. There is no wheel lock.

Comfortable chair but the arrows stamped on the arm holders were in the wrong direction

When i first assembled i followed the instructions to pay attention to the way the arrows were pointing but the arms ended up being too close together

My main complaint is that the mesh for your back is scratchy

Also like others here have mentioned it is very hard to turn the reclining knob but i don’t recline anyways

You really have to fight the tension nob to adjust anything

I dont know if its by design or if the product is misaligned but pretty much both hands are required to move it
