Pros
This is awesome. This is pricey but it is definitely the best of all the pillows i have tried. Only thing i was disappointed from amazon is that product divered after 14 dqys from placing order.
Cons
Stitches coming off from zipper seams of the pillow cover. It is the same as a couple of our tempurpedic pillows that have what seems to be a solid piece, but as you use and schmoosh it around over time, the foam pillows they describe disconnect.

I think a too expensivebut i love it
While i wasnt thrilled about spending more than 100 for a pillow it is worth it
If you are thinking 150 is expensive simply take the number of nights you will use it to sleep and divide then it becomes mere pennies

Bought this directly from the manufacturer not amazon and arrived semiflat on one side
Packaging/appearance
Pillow came gently folded in box so left out overnight and crease disappeared
Amazon warehouse like new was as advertised with a essentially new pillow which was originally unwrapped
Competitiveness
They gave us other brands but this one i looked into works the best for her and no more pain
I ordered one of these and one of the cheaper brands
