Tried a drill press with hss ti coated step bits and they did nothing against the hardened edge from the plasma cut

If you are elongating a hole dont just hold it in one spot but move it side to side a little

I got about 25 of weld bead ground before it started to dull i could probably get more if i was more careful and didnt bounce the burr against the work piece incorrectly
