This shreads through aluminum without a fuss but be prepared to clean your work space out afterwards because this throws chips all over the place haha bought this to work on a commercial boat upgrade cut aluminum just fine

Then just used again to smooth out an offey aluminum intake on a 86 ford f150i didnt go easy on this thing very aggressive and it is still as sharp as eververy pleased yep the rotary burr did not work for the purpose we intended but it was of high quality and very well made
