It was hard for me to get the phone in the bag and to have a seal without any air bubbles and the sticker that seals the back opening of the bag covers the camera which doesnt work for my job fishing guide but i have a water proof phone and dont need it so its not an issue in the end

Had it on the s7 samsung and once drop it from a 6ft height and the phone in the case starts bouncing and that is good enough to make me buy again

Yah the lg g6 is thrbsame size as the lg v30 but it fits but the back is different

Also i do believe that it will protect the phone from shocks although i will refrain from testing it on my personal phone
