Pros

The die set that comes with this is large giving some half sizes. This gives you true awg wire size dies unlike many of the sets that give you metric dies.

As a dealership technician wire repairs are common. A quality tool at a bargain price. Temco has a customer for life.

Hydraulic crimp tool feels solid and makes crimping easy. Got plenty more crimps to make for a custom dual battery setup.

I'm not shy about spending more for a better tool, and temco didn't disappoint me. No regrets on this purchase. For the money they can’t be beat. Would spend the money again for another pair.

The crimper is solid, hefty, and does the job properly. All of the actions are smooth and solid. Very sturdy, well-made product.

Cons

The actual crimping portion seems to be ok, the dies are junk at best. This is not a high dollar thomas-betts or daniels manufacturing quality crimper but for the price its not going to be either.

Ive used lesser cost crimpers which all eventually failed and required parts to repair

It showed up on time and the packaging was all intact

This crimper was perfect for my boat wiring project

Ive only used with selterm crimp lugs so results may vary if you cheap out on the lugs

The die markings are sized true for expensive namebrand lugs

By far the best hydrolic crimper on the market

I have a combination of cheap crimp connectors and expensive ullisted namebrand lugs

Bought two other types of crimpers and didnt like the end results
