The entire chicken comes out crispy and super moist. The quality is very good and works great catching all of the dripping fat. There was plenty of drippings to create gravy right in the pan.

I added small potatoes that were cooked by the drippings

I did spray the base of the cooker with olive oil to help with clean up but turned out that it was very easy to wash after cooking the bird
