Pros
Since tefla pads have no adhesive, i buy the 4x8” size, cut the pads to fit, and use lightweight surgical tape. The pads are awesome. An excellent and affordable product.
Petroleum jelly or skin repair keeps them in place under the elastic sleeve. Much less painful than an adhesive bandage.
Cons
Not actually a non stick telfa pad. It's a piece of thin gauze with plastic on each side that is not attached. The product inside looks very sketchy.

If you’re just using tape you can avoid the ouch by coating it with petroleum jelly and waiting about an hour to pull it off
