The build quality is excellent, and it doesn't hurt that they are manufactured in the united states (rochester, ny). They are very sturdy, and have stood up quite well to a lot of * over the last six months. Works great & made in the usa.

Cons

This thing is off by 8° and no way to calibrate it. Customer dis-service suggests i do a boiling and freezing test. These are worthless!
