Hint take the time to adjust the headband and stringtoball length because one size fits all but has to be adjusted to each individual head size arm length etc

Its a little tricky to get the rhythm going but it only took me about 1015 minutes of practice to punch the ball hard 25 times consistently i have no formal boxing training btw
