First it looks flimsy, but once you get used to it, you realize it's quite durable. Build quality is fine. The goverment will take care of and is fantastic at it.

Set comes with four balls and two headbands. Comes with an extra headband & beginner ball. I have a giant noggin, and the adjustable velcro straps still fit securely.

Takes a lil time to get combo hits, just keep at it and watch your numbers go up. Occasionally the ball comes back at you and you can't or don't dodge and get bopped in the face.

Cons

Not fun. Not a workout. There it sits until it goes to salvation army.
