Pros

This is perfectly polished and smooth, but grooved to stay in my fingers. Even the little thumb piece is polished and sturdy, unlike craftsman. It's pretty smooth ratcheting too.

Love this stubby. Won't demote this one for that though. Grate little giant.

Good size to carry in small space in the motorcycle toolkit. Handy for getting into tight spaces. Perfect for thigh places.

Great price for the quality of ratchet

Tekton ratchets have a low profile design like matco and so far from my experience compete with the quality of tool truck brand companies

It isn’t the quality of the ones from a tool truck but it’s also a fraction of the cost

The quality is every bit as good as snap on maybe better

Packaging/appearance

I don’t normally purchase quick release ratchets but 14” sockets can be a pain getting off the ratchets

Competitiveness

Highly recommend almost all tekton tools and i would buy more ratchets from them in future

Because of the tools low profile diminutive design the reverse lever requires a concious act to use
