Pros
Installation is easy with the wiring code clearly shown on the side of the unit itself. Just follow instruction. If you have a single wall switch outlet for your fan, this switch works.
Cons
It is faulty. Doesn't work. Don't come with the screws pre-attached (nor screws for that matter) no metal mounting bracket like the leviton so could break. Have contacted seller to look for a replacement.

This switch functions exactly as described and instructions are reasonably good if you have a single wall switch outlet for your fan

Conc it was designed inaccurate as a result there is a gap between standard plate and the switch which is very hard to close
The reason i gave 2 stars for the installation instruction is that the drawing included is wrong and misleading

Very quiet for 80 cfm low price
Otherwise this is a nice item at a very good price

Good and fast delivery so i change my exhaust switch immediately
Packaging/appearance
I only gave it 4 stars because i had to space it off the box to get it to look right with the cover
Diagram on the box is a little confusing
What i did was not mount to the recepticale box but just mount switch and switch plate to give it that flush looks as shown in pictures
Competitiveness
It looks nearly identical to and works exactly the same as my much more expensive timer switch on my bathroom fan
Note when comparing different units look at the actual preset timer times available that meet you needs

Select to run fan for 10 20 30 or 60 minutes and forget about it
