During the time between calling tefal and novo finally getting in contact the 16cm saucepan had suffered the same fate

Three weeks passed and i hadn’t heard anything so contacted them only to be told “they have arrived and are being inspected at the moment”

They state that i should hand wash the pans and if i did insist on putting them in the dishwasher then to use a less caustic detergent such as finish gel

I have reviewed the instruction manual and it does state this not very clearly but i was led by the picture on the box which clearly says dishwasher safe

Wish i had bought these sooner wasted a lot of money on pans that do not come anywhere near these tefal pans in any sense
