Pros & Cons
Pros
These are great - particularly when grilled with a nice char. When you want to splurge on taste, this is the one! It is perfectly seasoned and delicious any way you make it.
Since i started eating johnsonville sausage no other sausage will do. These italian sausages are really good with spaghetti and marinara sauce. Love this sausage.

There’s a lot a lot of fat coming off of these and i made the mistake of not draining these i thought they were turkey but they have a lot of fat so if using in soup or sauces just drain first

This uncooked italian sausage tastes very good but the mediumhigh salt content of 570 mg of sodium per sausage is more than is needed and not good for anyone on a low salt diet due to high blood pressure etc

This is more of a traditional italian sausage in that it contains the mild anise flavor of fennel seed
