The vials are adequate for my needs however the vial diameter is slightly too large in relation to marketed 17ml vials of commercial paints

The cap completely comes off the base as you can see in the photos and there is no dropper mechanism on the inside

Im only knocking off a star because the seal the ring that breaks to show its been untampered doesnt work reliably
