Pros & Cons
Pros
Turn off the breakers, and if there is water in tub, cover/shield the control box usually located above these. Drain tub. The connectors are a bit small from the hot tub but if you use a flat head you can open them up a bit to clamp on your switch.
This sensor is larger than the one from the factory, but it juuuust fit. Used this to replace the factory switch in my sta-rite spa heater. Used in series with 12 vdc relay to shut down 220 vac 5500 watt spa heater in case of loss of water pressure.
