I have not noticed any interference when using the transmitter and i have not been able to discern any noticable decrease in audio quality when compared with a cd played in the head unit

Sometimes i find the frequency set on the display resets itself and has to be set again but this takes all of 10 seconds and it doesnt happen very often

Unfortunately the amplifier bit has broken as my car was made by italian geniuses
