It is early days yet but so far i am impressed
So setup as with other smart iot devices is a case of pairing that device with the smart life app
As the photograph shows the smart socket does not interfere with the switches on the wall sockets so thats good

Takes about a million attempts to detect it through the wifi and app but once found its easy to use the app to control it

We have lots of smart plus many this make the trouble is when you want to add one it can be difficult if you don’t know that you need to log out of the smart life app then back in again and sometimes you need to log out of the alexa app too

I will say i’ve bought many amazon certified smart plugs but they don’t all get discovered the same way by the alexa app some seem to work without any skill being enabled i would prefer this option but when your buying these it seems to be luck of the draw which kind you get

Probably best to choose one that doesn’t require an app to work with alexa if that information is in the description
